Small Cap Consulting GmbH will provide strategic direction, and has coordinated the process of assisting Revolutionary Concepts in obtaining final approval for listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, in Frankfurt, Germany. Small Cap Consulting will also provide Revolutionary Concepts with advisory services in the areas of investor relations, financial communications, media relations, and mergers and acquisitions for the European financial market place.
